Phase 2: The Aligned Stewardship Retainer. For the implementation, our compensation is directly linked to your success. The model includes a modest monthly retainer for our hands-on stewardship and a significant Performance Bonus that we only earn when you achieve the specific, measurable results we defined together in the roadmap.
